Naturex has expanded its presence in the Italian market with the appointment of Chimab as a distributor. As of 1 November 2017, Chimab will work alongside Naturex to distribute its savory ingredients and selected sweet products to food businesses across Italy. The agreement will enable Naturex, with Chimab’s support, to enhance its service levels in the country and react more quickly to changing customer needs.

Part of the Brenntag Group, Chimab is one of Italy’s leading suppliers of ingredients to the food, beverage and nutrition industry. Chimab operates a highly efficient distribution network and maintains high stock levels to ensure the security of supply on an ongoing basis. As well as providing distribution services, it operates in-house labs for product development and offers full technical support.
